This project was born as the search for an identity and a tram image for the city of Barcelona. Barcelona Regional, a public institution dedicated to local development, commissioned us to design a vehicle compatible with the technology of the moment. A benchmark of existing products and manufacturers worldwide was made to define a credible tram to present to authorities and citizens of Barcelona. The idea was to recover the idea of ​​tram transport in Barcelona as a vector of sustainability and avant-garde.

After this first phase, where we had a solid concept, a public tender was called for the supply of these trains. This competition was won by Alstom, which contracted us to develop the vehicle in detail. The result shows a vehicle in force over time with a majority acceptance of the citizens of Barcelona. This was the first project for the city of Barcelona, ​​our home, a strategic project for u that marked our entry into the universe of local development and social innovation.
